Cleaners undergo a full comprehensive induction. All cleaners are on the phone, so you can contact them easily. Back-up if your cleaner is sick or on holiday. (Advance notice of holiday is required). Insurance cover for major accidental damage. (For claims over £100 which are in turn subject to a £100 excess). Replacement within seven days if you wish to change your cleaner.
